TEAPOD, a leading recruitment company is looking for Primary Coordinator **preferably females only **for a reputed school, **Whitefield Location.**

**Skills & Experience**: - Any Graduate + B.Ed. Minimum 2 yrs. experience preferred as Coordinator. (to handle Preprimary to Grade 2)

**Key Responsibility**: Responsible for supervising and managing the total curricular and co-curricular work in their respective departments.

To Monitor that the curriculum is followed correctly and effectively.

To monitor lessons and corrections if required. To monitor teachers' performance through class observation.

To mentor new teachers and organize an induction programme for them.

Monitor proper implementation of all school policies and programs in their wing. Ensure that classroom and corridor displays are updated at regular basis as per the selected theme.

Ensure teaching staff are taken through induction program at regular intervals. Any other assignments as directed by the managing committee.
