**JB Poindexter (India) Private Limited **is the captive shared services unit of the **J.B. Poindexter & Co., Inc. **The company, wholly owned by J. B. Poindexter & Co., Inc. & is headquartered in Houston, Texas, USA.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**

2. Answer phone calls in a timely manner; return calls promptly, when required

3. Work closely with Technical Sales Representatives (TSRs), Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), distributor network and customers to provide customer support on all levels

4. Respond promptly and process quickly all administrative tasks, such as but not limited to, cancellations, credit memos, change orders, manual invoices, new customer master set up.

b. **Adding New Customers**

c. **Create New Customer Ship to Addresses**

5. Other duties as assigned once determined actionable.

**Education and Experience**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or sales administration. Automotive industry experience a plus.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills.
- JDE experience, a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours on a continual basis to support North American business activities.
- Strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
- **Sales and customer service experience**, a plus

Shift: 3PM - 1 AM (MON - FRI)

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per month
