We are seeking a highly skilled Interface Coordinator with SAP knowledge to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating the integration of various systems and interfaces with SAP, working closely with the technical team to ensure seamless communication and data flow across systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in project coordination or interface management, preferably with exposure to partner systems and project management activities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis) and PowerPoint (for creating presentations and reports).
  • Project Management: Knowledge of basic project management methodologies and PMO processes.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling data and updates from multiple systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues early and work with relevant teams to resolve them efficiently.

SAP Skills :

  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points (SAP ABAP, SAP PI/PO).
  • Familiarity with integration technologies like XML, Web Services, RESTful APIs, and other middleware solutions.
  • Coordinate the integration and communication between SAP systems and other business applications, ensuring the proper flow of data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and external partners to ensure timely and accurate updates are received and transmitted.
  • Data Coordination: Collect and compile data from external partner systems, ensuring the information is up-to-date and aligned with internal project requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular status reports using Excel and PowerPoint, summarizing the progress of partner activities and project milestones.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all communications, updates, and relevant activities for project tracking and historical purposes.
  • PMO Support: Assist the PMO in tracking progress, creating and maintaining project documentation, and updating project schedules as needed.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and escalate any discrepancies or issues related to partner system updates and work with internal and external teams to resolve them.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes between internal and external systems to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
