**Job Descriptions**:
Liaison between RTW and Ceridian/Dayforce and ADP, including Garnishments
Back-up to the Senior Payroll Manager on all processes
Review and edit timesheets for accuracy and completeness
- ADP and Ceridian
Upload interface for all payments from Ceridian and ADP to GL and reconcile
Reconcile all bi-weekly/monthly reports to ensure accurate reporting research and resolve issues
Audit the accuracy of SUI withholding rates for multiple entities
Review/reconciliation of quarterly tax and wage reports for multiple entities
Prepare monthly journal entries for interface into the general ledger system
Prepare monthly G/L reconciliation schedules (BlackBooks)
Assist in entering all wires for both NYCO/FTF & L&T Entities
Prepare and enter all Sales Audit JE entries
Back-up to Sr. Staff Accountant on day to day tasks
Prepare and analyze monthly reconciliations
