**Responsibilities and Duties**
Walk in for Customer Care Executive from Healthcare Industry
with at least 2 years of experience, fluency in English, residing in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai Profile
Responsibilities:
Manage large amount of incoming & outcoming calls
Generates Sales Lead
Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right method/ tools
Meet personal/ customer service team sales targets & call handling quotas
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alteranatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep Records of customer interactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Time : 11.00am to 4.00pm

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Track Record of over
- achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening Familiarity with CRM systems & practices
Customer Orientation & ability to adapt/ respond to different types characters
Excellent communication & presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
