- **Maintaining compliance**: This includes ensuring the organization adheres to laws, regulations, and rules
- **Managing employee-related tasks**: This includes onboarding, off boarding, performance evaluations, and employee records management
- **Supporting strategic planning**: This includes facilitating communication within the organization and providing resources to team members
- **Managing facilities and office services**: This includes space planning and maintenance
- **Updating organizational policies**: This includes ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Some other responsibilities of an admin head include: Problem-solving, Attention to detail, Organization, Computer literacy, and Understanding of best administrative practices
