**Job Description: Office Admin**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Data Management**: Maintain and organize records, both digital and physical, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- **Internal Communication**: Act as a liaison within the department to facilitate seamless communication and coordinate activities across the back office.
- **Database Management**: Update and maintain databases to ensure all entries are accurate and up to date.
- **Expense Tracking**: Assist in tracking office expenses and handling basic financial record-keeping tasks.
- **Compliance Support**: Support compliance efforts by keeping up-to-date records, assisting with audits, and adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**: Handle other office duties as assigned by management to ensure an efficient and well-functioning workplace.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience in administrative or office support roles, especially in back office functions.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database management and basic data entry.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear internal communication.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing records, data, and document handling.
- **Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- **Basic Financial Knowledge**: Familiarity with accounting or bookkeeping basics is a plus.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: A proactive approach to troubleshooting office issues and finding effective solutions.
- **Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team to foster a collaborative work environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
