**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee general office operations, including housekeeping, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and timely procurement.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees and guests.
- Support in organizing internal meetings, events, and other administrative functions.
- Maintain documentation and filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Act as the point of contact for visitors, vendors, and courier services.
- Ensure office maintenance, security, and compliance with company protocols.
- Assist with basic support for HR/Admin documentation and MIS reporting.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Professional attitude and customer service orientation.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in administrative roles within a corporate setup.
