**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage OS and software installations (Windows/Mac/Linux).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues—both onsite and remotely.
- Handle basic to intermediate network troubleshooting (LAN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
- Enforce asset tagging, documentation, and IT inventory management.
- Ensure antivirus deployment, patch management, and backup processes.
- Maintain documentation of tickets, resolutions, and common issues.
- Manage Active Directory - user account creation, group policies, etc.
- Support collaboration tools - Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams.
- Provide IT support during onboarding/offboarding.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports.
- Implement endpoint security and device encryption (BitLocker).
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, licenses.

**Skills in Spotlight**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in IT desktop support/system administration.
- Proficient in operating systems such as Windows 10/11, Windows Server, macOS, and Linux distributions including Ubuntu and CentOS.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN

configurations, and VPN connectivity.
- Knowledge of security tools and practices including basic firewall configuration, Web

Application Firewalls (WAF), Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), and

Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR/XDR) solutions.
- Familiar with remote support tools like Zoho Remote Assist and efficient in handling ticketing systems for IT service management.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and openness to learning and improving processes.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude towards improving data and workflow

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
