Role: Executive (CRISIL Payroll)

Team: CRM Support & BD Operations
Job Role
- Conduct dip stick analysis as part of quality management process
- Maintaining the CRM databases, periodic cleanup.
- Assist BD teams in raising mandates, performing quality check, and resolving routine operational queries
- Manage client billings, subscriptions, and revenue accruals.
- Manage internal stakeholders and ensure SLA and TAT are met and adhered
- Manage operational activities allocated on daily basis
- Work as a team to ensure business deliverables are met on time ensuring adherence to polices, SLA’s and TAT’s
- Handle queries raised by internal and external stakeholders and provide timely solutions,
- Manage vendor expense payouts, provisioning and handle information requirement for RFP’s
Basic Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably business/commerce background) with at least 5 years of experience in back-office operations, CRM, Revenue and accrual management, Payout management, MIS/Dashboards,
- Excellent working knowledge of advanced MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, MS outlook.
- Good communications skills and experience in handling senior stakeholders
- Good to have - Salesforce knowledge and experience, Power BI, Python, Tableau, etc.

- The individual should be able to think independently, logically, and critically assess the requirement and ensure troubleshooting and solutions
- The individual should be able to multi-task and handle multiple activities at a time
