Store Incharge

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per purchase orders and delivery notes
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers for construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requests or indents, ensuring proper documentation
- Coordinate with procurement and site engineers for material planning and delivery scheduling
- Monitor stock levels and raise alerts for reordering to avoid shortages or excess stock
- Store materials in a systematic and safe manner, ensuring easy identification and mínimal wastage
- Maintain records of material movement (inward/outward) and conduct regular physical stock audits
- Handle reconciliation of materials at project close-out or handover
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored, tracked, and maintained
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards within the storage area
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and third parties for deliveries and returns
- Generate daily/weekly stock reports for site and management review

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- **Experience**: 3-7 years in storekeeping or material handling for construction/infrastructure projects

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
