**Job Title**: Store Incharge

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire store operations including inventory control, stock movement, and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure proper documentation for all stock transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and plan procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments for timely supply of materials.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and implement FIFO/LIFO as required.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards in the store.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in store management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Strong knowledge of inventory software and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
