Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Incharge, located in Patna. The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer service concerns. The role also involves enforcing retail loss prevention strategies, maintaining organized workflows, and ensuring the store meets operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to manage teams and create an efficient store environment
  • Experience in a similar role or the retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management, Retail, or related fields
