We are now looking for a Product Owner to join our Corporate Functions IT team, focusing on Purchase Invoicing area. This is a key role in designing and delivering agile, future-ready IT solutions that support regulatory compliance and customer invoicing excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own and drive the end-to-end IT solutions for the P2P domain, with a strong focus on invoice automation.
- Lead the automation of vendor invoice flows, minimizing manual intervention and maximizing efficiency.
- Streamline tools and processes used in the P2P area, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and usability.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business needs with IT capabilities.
- Work in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with KONE’s global IT strategy.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 8+ years of experience in the vendor invoice domain.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Purchase to Pay processes and technical solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP FICO or similar platforms.
- Proven experience in IT project delivery.
- Analytical, innovative, and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, agile approach.
- Experience with tools such as Basware, Nomentia, or Xelix is considered an advantage
