We are now looking for a Product Owner to join our Corporate Functions IT team, focusing on Purchase Invoicing area. This is a key role in designing and delivering agile, future-ready IT solutions that support regulatory compliance and customer invoicing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end IT solutions for the P2P domain, with a strong focus on invoice automation.
  • Lead the automation of vendor invoice flows, minimizing manual intervention and maximizing efficiency.
  • Streamline tools and processes used in the P2P area, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and usability.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business needs with IT capabilities.
  • Work in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with KONE's global IT strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in the vendor invoice domain.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Purchase to Pay processes and technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with SAP FICO or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience in IT project delivery.
  • Analytical, innovative, and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, agile approach.
  • Experience with tools such as Basware, Nomentia, or Xelix is considered an advantage
