You’ll join our Xplor Pay vertical and the team that develops a complete range of payments solutions including point-of-sale, ecommerce, mobile, in-app, recurring billing, e-invoicing, and auto-reconciliation. Our cloud-based solutions allow for seamless, secure processing and help our customers increase revenue, so they become more profitable.
**Responsibilities**:
- Actively works with the wider product team to understand how their domain contributes to customer and commercial outcomes.
- Works directly with the customer to conduct research, collect insights and validate understanding
- You actively manage scrum planning activities and agile ceremonies, encouraging self-organisation and management.
- Supports scope definition through research, insights and data analysis aligned to customer problems.
- Supports the creation and alignment of roadmaps for their domain.
- Coordinates and manages release strategies with go to market teams and business change
- Works collaboratively with other domain owners to ensure the successful launch of product.
- Monitors the commercial and customer results of their features, working with other product team members to intervene if required.
- Facilitates support and maintenance of their domain throughout the life of their product, escalating to other product teams and stakeholders when necessary
- Support the development and execution of product strategy and roadmap with input from cross-functional teams.
- Help to set product goals, key results, and metrics (OKRs) for product success and monitor progress towards achieving them.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Help manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, write user stories, and create wireframes.
- Assist with the quarterly product planning process, working with cross-functional teams to set product priorities and define the roadmap for the upcoming quarter.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of product launches and releases.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Support the Product Manager in mentorship and leadership of the product team.
- 3-4 years experience in high-growth organisations, ideally with experience in the payments and/or Fintech space
- Experience working with APIs, front-end and back-end experience, UX, Compliance, Legal and Billing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Outstanding communication skills, able to manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience driving priorities and collaboration cross-functionally.
