**PRE SALES EXECUTIVE**

Forest Hills Dubai is looking to employ an experienced to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions, Coordinate with prospects for a suitable appointment time. Deliver

sales pitch, demo, presentation and proposal to potential clients. Follow up regularly with existing clients.
- Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business

Presentations.
- The telesales executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products
- Receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries
- Maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
- You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.

**Skills**:
ØShould be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication

ØProven experience in property management/real estate.

ØSound knowledge of real estate laws.

ØEffective communication skills.

ØExceptional customer service skills.
