**About Us**

Designerrs Academy provides a safe learning space for designers across the world. We are trying to make design education accessible for everyone by providing learning experiences and training programs for User Experience and User Interface Design, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Designing for Immersive Experience (VR, AR, XR), Voice UX, and other specializations.

Our learning pedagogy involves Hands-on activities, Live projects, Gamified teaching methods, and curriculums designed by our learning experience design team under the guidance of experts from the industry such as Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Byjus, Thoughtworks, and alumni from NIDs and IITs.

**Responsibilities**
- Teach design techniques, information structures & design, and end-user functionality & research.
- Leading the academic delivery of Design programs
- Curriculum Content Creation
- Identify design needs for developing digital assets
- Develop and conceptualize design strategies
- Mentoring students for live projects, assignments, personal guidance, and counseling. Extending offline personal support to students for feedback and doubt resolution
- Develop methodologies of design and research to the website, mobile, and product development.
- Develop designs using wireframes, flow diagrams, graphic and visual design, sitemaps, prototypes, and storyboards
- Design UI elements, such as search boxes, navigation menus, widgets, and tabs, for the digital assets using various UI/UX tools.
- Test UI elements, such as banners, CTAs, page designs, page layouts, target links, and page flows, for landing pages
- Create Collaborative projects based on the branding and marketing modules and industry requirements to make sure that the content is being created and delivered to the learners
- Mentoring and preparing learners for Internships and Placements
- Advice and guide the implementation of research methods and tests to ensure proper prediction and analysis of user behavior

**Skills**
- B.Des + M.Des - Specialization in UX / Interaction / Communication / Product / Industrial / Interior / Textile + Relevant Design Teaching/relevant industry experience
- Bachelors/Masters in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Media & Interactive Design, UI, UX design with a minimum of 2-year industry experience.
- Help design and fine-tune the curriculum and course structure
- Prepare Lesson plans and follow them with discipline
- Plan and prepare projects and assignments and monitor the students' performance very strictly Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and events.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
