International Customer Service Representative

**Job Title: Customer Service Associate (International Voice Process)**
**Location**:* pune (hadapsar)
**Salary**:*
- Freshers: 3 LPA
- experience: up to 5.5 LPA
**Shifts**:* UK shifts/24*7, 5 days a week with rotational shifts and 2 split offs
**Facility**:* Provided both-way cab transportation(hiring zone / 25km )
**Qualification**: Any*
**Responsibilities**:*
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, billing, and other queries.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a memorable experience during every interaction.
**Requirements**:*
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduation (any stream).
