**Female-Patient Counselor (experience with IVF/Hospital)**

**Job Summary**
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
Responsible along with sales professional for overall 100% customer satisfaction rating for assigned account base
Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information for assigned accounts
- Follow up clients and convert leads to sale in systematic manner
- Counselling; Co-ordination of patients
- Follow up and co-ordinate for the treatment plan
- Maintaining patient follow up sheets
- All work related to office co-ordination
- Registering patient
- To explain to the patients about the location and the facilities available in the centre to enable and help them to select appropriate place to take treatment.
- To explain to the patients about the modern method of IVF treatment and its cost.

**Key Skills**
- Should have a basic knowledge of computers
- Must have good communication skills; convincing power
- Preferably worked in healthcare

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
