**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Menu Development**: Design and update menus that reflect a variety of cuisines, ensuring creativity and quality in every dish.
- **Kitchen Management**: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- **Cost Management**: Monitor and manage kitchen expenses, including ingredient costs, portion control, and waste reduction to maintain budgetary targets.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment. Provide training and guidance to ensure high performance and professional development.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- **Systems and Processes**: Implement and maintain efficient kitchen systems and processes to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in ordering and managing inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Work closely with the FnB Manager and front-of-house staff to ensure that guest expectations are consistently met and exceeded through the delivery of exceptional dishes.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a high-quality restaurant or resort setting.
- Expertise in multiple cuisines with a strong understanding of various cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in managing kitchen operations, including inventory, cost control, and ordering.
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
