SC Digital Transformation and Process Improvement

For the Manager - SC Digital and Process Improvement role
- Hands-on experience with Digital Transformation Projects
- ERP Implementation experience
- Supply and Demand Planning
- CTC 30-32 LPA (includes 10% variable)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Lead Digital Transformation Projects
- Lead supply chain digital transformation projects along with supply chain/operations teams
- Lead Network Optimization initiatives using Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru
- Lead implementation of Oracle EPM for Demand Planning and S&OP
- Lead implementation of OM Partners APS for master scheduling and distribution planning
- Explore digital solutions for the Raw material planning (MRP) process
- Explore technology solutions for improving the efficiency of other supply chain processes
- Lead Enterprise Transformation Program
- Drive Enterprise Transformation initiatives across the organization including and not limited to ERP implementation
- Contribute to various aspects of the enterprise transformation journey and the assessment of requirements and deliverables to identify the best solution for the organization
- Drive tangible and intangible value outcomes during and after the ERP/Enterprise transformation program
- Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to methodology, tools, practices and maturity
- Lead Knowledge Sharing and Training sessions for internal capability development within the organization
- Supply Chain Process Improvement
- Execute continuous improvement projects using operational excellence and project management methodology
- Work with stakeholders for executing key efficiency and process effectiveness related projects to achieve process excellence and agility in supply chain functions (Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Demand and Supply Planning)
- Do Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for different nodes and processes of supply chains
- Ensure effective project management and tracking of all continuous improvement projects
- Develop a tracker/dashboard for the update of continuous improvement projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

- Master’s Degree in supply chain management
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning & 2+ years of project management or ERP Implementation experience (preferably in Oracle)
- Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels, and execution.
- Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based organization
- Excellent organizational and people skills, and project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
- Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and function-specific tools and software
