Job Title:

Process Transformation Specialist



Job Description:

  • Collaborate with operations teams to optimize current processes through key technology enablers like RPA, BPM, Analytics, and AI.
  • Identify areas for process reengineering upstream and downstream to streamline business operations by applying a structured methodology.
  • Develop a continuous improvement framework focused on performance by analyzing data, customer journey mapping, and business process mapping.
  • Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop tailored solutions.
  • Advocate for innovative ideas and process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in a corporate role or consulting firm delivering strategy and operations projects for BFS clients.
  • Expertise in Lean/Sigma, process reengineering, and customer journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel (VBA), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong program management skills, including project planning, resourcing, and budgeting.
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data and communicate findings effectively.
