Job Description

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.Bridge communication between stakeholders and technical teams.Identify process improvements and support solution validation.Analyze data and create reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 4–8 years of BA experience.Proficiency in tools like JIRA, SQL, Excel, and Agile methodologies.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
