Profile: - National Sales Head

Location:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build, strengthen, and expand general trade distribution through mobile and electronics multi-brand outlets (MBOs) across India.
- Identify new markets and high-potential regions to deepen physical market presence.
- Appoint and manage state-level distributors and general trade partners with a strong MBO retail network.
- Lead and manage a national sales team comprising zonal, regional, and area sales managers and field executives.
- Define clear KPIs, drive aggressive GT sales targets, and run structured sales reviews and reporting.
- Design and implement trade schemes, incentive structures, and distributor programs to boost sell-in.
- Plan and execute offline product launches in general trade and coordinate closely with supply and marketing teams.
- Track competition across regions, understand market dynamics, and provide actionable intelligence to internal teams.
- Ensure distributor hygiene in billing, credit limits, stock rotation, and trade claims.

**Who You Are**
- 10-15 years of experience in general trade distribution across mobiles, electronics, or smart accessories.
- Deep knowledge of India’s mobile general trade structure and multi-brand outlet network across metro and Tier 2/3/4 cities.
- Proven experience in scaling offline distribution nationally through mobile or electronics general trade.
- Preferred past experience in companies like Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi, Realme, Lava, Itel, or other mobile OEMs.
- Strong team leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
- Target-oriented, highly driven, and operationally hands-on.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India to manage teams and channel partners.
