Collaborate with designers and suppliers to curate a collection of lab-grown diamond jewelry, including rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets.
- Ensure all jewelry meets quality standards, ethical sourcing guidelines, and fashion trends.
- Manage stock levels and ensure appropriate inventory of lab-grown diamonds across all retail and online stores.
- Monitor sales data to determine replenishment needs and eliminate underperforming products.
- Stay updated on current jewelry and diamond industry trends, especially in the lab-grown sector.
- Analyze customer preferences, market demands, and competitor activities to inform product development.
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies for product placement, including store displays, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all jewelry is presented attractively in stores and online, reflecting brand identity and enhancing customer experience.
- Work closely with sales teams to align product availability with seasonal trends, marketing campaigns, and customer demands.
- Provide training and product knowledge to sales staff on lab-grown diamonds, focusing on features, benefits, and sustainable aspects of lab-grown diamonds.
- Develop pricing strategies that ensure competitiveness in the market while maintaining profitability.
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions, discounts, and special offers to drive sales.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of products and negotiating costs to optimize margins.
- Ensure that all products comply with ethical and sustainable practices, which are increasingly important in the lab-grown diamond industry.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and merchandising effectiveness.
- Use data to make informed decisions about product offerings, inventory adjustments, and promotional strategies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
