We're on the lookout for a proactive Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and maintaining accurate stock registers. Your duties will include prospecting new clients, presenting product demos, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory levels using intermediate-level Excel skills. **Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:

- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces based on their preferences and needs.

**Sales and Targets**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items to maximize sales opportunities.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the jewellery collection and stay updated on new arrivals.
- Educate customers about the craftsmanship, materials, and quality of the jewellery.

**Visual Merchandising**:

- Ensure attractive and appealing displays of jewellery in the store.
- Participate in arranging and organizing promotional displays.

**Transactions and Documentation**:

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Complete necessary documentation related to sales and customer interactions.

**Stock Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Participate in stocktaking and reporting discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in counter sales, retail sales, or jewellery sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge and passion for jewellery.
