**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Selection & Procurement**:

- Collaborate with suppliers and designers to curate a compelling jewellery collection.
- Analyze market trends to ensure the right mix of designs, styles, and price points.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet demand without overstocking.
- Track sales performance and reorder fast-moving items while phasing out slow movers.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Ensure appealing in-store displays that highlight key collections and new arrivals.
- Work with the store team to implement seasonal and promotional themes.
- **Sales & Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor sales data and customer preferences to optimize product placement.
- Adjust merchandising strategies based on performance insights.
- **Supplier & Vendor Coordination**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with jewellery suppliers.
- Ensure timely procurement of stock, maintaining quality standards.
- **Pricing & Promotions**:

- Assist in setting competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- **Market Research & Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on jewellery industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Identify emerging trends in materials, designs, and styles.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
