**Roles & Responsibilities**

**1. Market Research and Trend Analysis**
- Study global and local jewelry market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Analyze consumer buying patterns, seasonal trends, and emerging materials or styles.
- Use data to predict demand and create strategies to align with customer needs.

**2. Product Development**
- Collaborate with designers to develop collections that meet market trends and brand identity.
- Provide input on design elements, materials, and price points based on customer insights.
- Ensure designs are feasible for production and aligned with the target audience.

**3. Pricing Strategy**
- Determine pricing for jewelry items, balancing costs, market conditions, and profit margins.
- Work on strategies to position the product competitively while maintaining quality.

**4. Inventory Management**
- Plan and manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Monitor inventory turnover and identify slow-moving items for promotional efforts.

**5. Vendor and Supplier Coordination**
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and artisans to source materials like gemstones, metals, and findings.
- Negotiate terms, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality standards.

**6. Quality Assurance**
- Monitor the production process to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Address issues related to defects or deviations during manufacturing.

**7. Visual Merchandising**
- Work with the retail team to present jewelry attractively in stores or online.
- Ensure product displays highlight the unique selling points (USPs) of the jewelry.

**8. Sales and Marketing Support**
- Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Provide insights on target customer segments and product positioning.
- Analyze sales data to assess the performance of jewelry collections and refine strategies.

**9. Budget and Financial Planning**
- Manage budgets for sourcing, production, and merchandising activities.
- Analyze cost structures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.

**10. Compliance and Ethical Practices**
- Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and sustainability standards in sourcing and production.
- Promote fair trade practices and transparency in the supply chain.

**11. Communication and Collaboration**
- Act as a bridge between the design, production, marketing, and retail teams.
- Coordinate efforts to ensure product alignment with brand goals and consumer expectations.

**12. Reporting and Analysis**
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory status, and market feedback.
- Use analytics to forecast demand and guide future merchandising decisions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
