A quality control cum supervisor role typically involves:

- Quality controlInspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Quality assuranceIdentifying and documenting quality issues, and working with teams to implement corrective actions
- Quality control proceduresDeveloping and implementing quality control procedures and standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Quality metricsEstablishing quality metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of processes
- Quality team managementLeading and managing a team of quality inspectors and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Quality equipmentMaintaining and calibrating quality control equipment
- Quality documentationReviewing and updating quality assurance documentation
- Quality communicationCommunicating quality control findings and recommendations clearly to engineers, production personnel, and management
- Quality collaborationCollaborating with other departments to ensure quality is integrated throughout the production process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
