Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Supervisor. The Supervisor will oversee daily quality assurance and control activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal processes. Responsibilities include conducting audits, managing quality control procedures, and supervising the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The role requires close coordination with the production team to maintain and improve quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Quality Control and Quality Management skills
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and Auditing
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Prior experience in the industrial packaging industry is a plus
