JDs of Assistant Quality manager

  • Monitoring and implementing CCPs, O-PRPs, PRPs aligned with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and airline requirements.
  • Support in conducting internal audits, inspections under the guidance of Quality Manager and spot checks across production, storage, and dispatch areas.
  • Oversee critical control points (CCPs), OPRPs and PRPs in food processing and ensure corrective actions are implemented when deviations occur.
  • To report to the management in case of deviations in CCP, O-PRP and PRPs monitoring activity and complete root cause and corrective actions for the same.
  • Assist the Quality assurance team in streamlining various processes in the kitchen and dishout which are relevant to maintain the CCP's, O-PRPs
  • To support kitchen team and Quality assurance team to manage the production plan in a way that all the CCP's are managed as per schedule.
  • To monitor and verification of housekeeping activities to ensure the cleanliness and cleaning cycle is properly through Quality assurance team.
  • To monitor the activities of proper labeling activities to be done real-time through quality assurance team and minimize deviation by proper reporting.
  • To ensure through continuous monitoring, reporting and training to staff quality assurance team for CCPs, O-PRPs, PRPs to ensure golden sample system, temperature monitoring system and foreign object verification systems are in place and working properly.
  • Monitoring the daily personal hygiene, behavior, and overall attire of the quality assurance team
  • Planning and managing the shift schedules of the Quality assurance team. Managing and approving leaves of the quality assurance team.
  • Sending daily reports to client and Steerzman Quality Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Initiate and participating in the review meetings and documenting the same.
  • Reporting issues, concerns , evaluation results , manpower, working requirements of the quality assurance team to Steezman Quality Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
  • Prepare the contents and PPTs to train the quality assurance of the staff on the food safety, quality, record filling, CCPs, O-PRP and PRPs of the airline requirements and evaluation on the same.
