Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Quality Manager located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, implementing quality standards, conducting product inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production lines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and addressing any quality-related issues. The Assistant Quality Manager will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality control, product inspections, and implementing quality standards
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
