Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high-quality production outputs. Daily tasks include managing quality control staff, conducting audits, implementing quality management systems, and liaising with regulatory bodies. The role also involves continual process improvements and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent product quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and regulatory standards (EUGMP, USFDA, WHO CGMP, etc.)
  • Experience in conducting audits and implementing quality management systems
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
