**Job Description: Mobility Event Executive**

Program and ensuring the mission and vision of ISIE. They will have opportunity to work
Registration for the events, coordinate with the teams and Colleges/Universities/Industries for training programs, arranging workshops, seminars, webinars, sponsorship for the events, even site management for organizing event, social media promotion etc. Their performance and strong skills will be evaluation method to achieve their fix domain of work.
**Mobility Event Executive Requirements**:
- Graduate in Engineering (Any Discipline), business administration or related field.
- Strong knowledge of technical products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software.
- Ability to meet sales and commission targets.
- Ability to travel.
**Mobility Event Executive Responsibilities**:
- He/She will work under Program Manager - Event Cell
- Working on the registration of teams (Including but not limited)
- Approaching new Colleges/Schools/Universities for team registration through call, mail, and social media platforms.
- He/She will be part of execution team based on their managerial skills.
- He/She can be part of trainers/mentors team based on their technical skills related to
Design and Manufacturing of vehicles, Robotics, IOT, AI etc.
- Sourcing potential new customers, sponsors, partners for the events.
- Maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
- Travelling to the customer's location to talk about our product range (As per requirements)
- Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products.
- Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products.
- Composing documents and customer proposals.
- Generating purchase orders and sales receipts.
- Maintaining strong customer relations.
- Attending product training courses and seminars.
- Contact new & existing customers through Calls, E-Mails and Social Media Platform.
- Meeting sales targets.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
