Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Executive located in Noida. The Event Executive will be responsible for planning and executing events, coordinating and negotiating with vendors, managing event logistics, and ensuring all events run smoothly. Daily tasks will include developing event proposals, budgeting, marketing, and promoting events, as well as post-event analysis and reporting.

  • Vendor Management and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in Budgeting and Financial Management
  • Marketing, Promotion, and Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
