Job Summary: As a Party Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and parties within our gaming and entertainment venue. Your goal is to ensure that each event is a memorable and enjoyable experience for our customers, from children's birthday parties to corporate gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
  • Develop event concepts and themes that align with our gaming and entertainment offerings.
  • Create event proposals, including budgets, timelines, and detailed plans.

Coordination and Execution:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the event, from scheduling and setup to entertainment and catering.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they are well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Manage event staff and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Address any issues or challenges that may arise during events.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning and execution of events.

Entertainment and Activities:

  • Arrange gaming and entertainment activities, such as arcade games, VR experiences, and themed activities, based on client preferences.
  • Ensure that entertainment options are engaging and suitable for the event's audience.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment during events, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Coordinate with the facility's security team to address any security concerns.

Budget Management:

  • Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.

Post-Event Evaluation:

  • Gather feedback from clients and guests to assess event satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compile post-event reports and analyze the success of each event.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to come up with innovative event ideas.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
