We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Intern to support our customer relationship management (CRM) activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how to manage customer databases, assist with targeted campaigns, and help improve customer engagement and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM database with accurate customer information.
- Support the segmentation and targeting of customer groups for various campaigns.
- Generate reports and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist the team with day-to-day CRM tasks and projects.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure data consistency.
- Gather customer feedback and help improve CRM processes.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
