Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures. Facilitate and promote a positive work environment.
- Support the performance appraisal process by assisting AS Leads with reports pertaining to setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews. Assist in developing performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Assist AS Leads with data that is needed for analysis of internal parity, team compensation structure.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure that policies are up-to-date and communicated effectively to all employees.
- Assist AS Leads in performance management cases
- Conduct New Hire Orientation once trained
- Generate reports and analyze data to support HR decision-making.
- Conduct employee connects and engagement activities across Blue Yonder India
- Conduct exit interviews and track attrition for the business assigned to
- Responsible for handling employee queries and data requests assigned through Blue Yonder’s digital platform
- Analyze employee engagement results and provide reports
- Plan & organize internal team engagement activities
- Participate in HR Projects and support the project
- Handle all Workday activities for the business line assigned
