**SALES BACK-END EXECUTIVE - GeM PORTAL**

**Job Summary**:
We are building a High-Performance Team here at **ROBU.IN** & have vacancy for a **Sales Back-End Executive - GeM Portal** to join our team. Please note this is an entry-level position, suitable for **ITI/Diploma, Undergraduates/Graduates of any Discipline** with **Basic Computer Knowledge **or having **0 to 1 years of Back-end Sale’s, Sales Support or any Back-end profile experience** with **Basic Computer Knowledg**e. He/She should be able to contribute in creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensure smooth sales team operations.

**Number of Positions**: 02 required.

**Experience**: fresher, 0 to 1 years of Back-end Sale’s, Sales Support or any Back-end profile experience.

**Salary**: In hand Rs.10,000/- to Rs.13,000/- per month + PF, ESIC, & Health Insurance Benefits **(CTC: Rs.1,61,752/- to Rs.2,07,557/- per annum)**.

**Educational Qualification**:
ITI/Diploma, Undergraduates/Graduates of any Discipline with Basic Computer Knowledge.

**Required Skills**:
Good Presentation, Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge (Working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially Excel or Advance Excel). Computer fundamental skills, Familiar with government documentation. Must have knowledge about GeM Portal Product Listing (create catalogues)

**Responsibilities**:

- Tender Search from **GeM Portal**
- Evaluate Tender eligibility criteria, and prepare summaries.
- Enlighten customers on all procurements, including E-Tendering, Regular GeM Bids, Bunch Bids, BOQ Bids, Custom Bids, Bid + 5 Parameters, Direct Purchase, Purchase Requisition.
- Coordinate, Prepare, compile & Submit bid submission document.
- Bid Preparation Provide past industry trends to customers.
- Online coordination and follow-up with the respective government depts. for ensuring seamless document submission including shortfall submission if any.
- Tracking Bid Status, Updating MIS & Create Pivot Tables, Providing summaries to customers.
- Vendor Registration for Limited tenders
- Providing Support to customers for pre-bid/post bid meetings.
- Update delivery Position on GeM Portal.
- Follow up Post Supply Payment status
