**Centre Admin cum Admission Counsellor**:

Arcus is looking for a dynamic and organized _Centre Admin cum Admission Counsellor_ who can manage both student engagement and operational excellence at our training centre.

**Your Role at Arcus**

As a _Centre Admin cum Admission Counsellor_, you'll be the heart of our operations — the go-to person for students, trainers, and the management team. Your role will combine front-end counselling with back-end coordination to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the centre.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student Counselling & Admissions**:

- Handle walk-in and online inquiries from students.
- Guide students in selecting suitable training programs based on their goals.
- Convert leads into admissions by clearly communicating course benefits and outcomes.
- **Centre Administration**:

- Schedule and manage class batches.
- Coordinate with trainers for sessions and feedback.
- Manage fee collections, receipts, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate placement activities and student follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and handle general administration of the centre.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Prior experience in counselling or admin roles (education/training industry preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and general computer operations.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure with a smile.
