The role involves driving business growth by managing sales operations, building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the overall sales function to meet and exceed targets.Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach and customer base.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.- Support, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.- Represent Centre for Sight at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.Qualifications & Skills:- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 5 to 7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.- Proven ability to build networks and maintain strong professional relationships.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Willingness to learn the technical aspects of ophthalmology and eye care services.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and develop strategic sales plans.- Proficiency in CRM software, field visit management tools, and MS Office Suite.- Prior experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or eye care industry is an advantage.
