Collection Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments in the collections system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure adherence to payment arrangements and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Escalate unresolved accounts to the appropriate supervisor or manager for further action.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on the level of delinquency.
- Prepare and send collection letters, statements, and other correspondence to customers as needed.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to address customer inquiries and resolve payment issues.
- Provide regular updates on collection activities and progress towards targets to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding collections practices and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the collections team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, finance, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a collections or customer service role, preferably in a financial services or consumer lending environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet collection targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing collections practices is desirable.
- Willingness to undergo training and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections management.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
