**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's growth objectives and optimize financial performance.

2. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting, to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Provide strategic guidance and financial analysis to support decision-making processes and drive business performance improvement initiatives.

4. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure adequate funding for operational needs and investment opportunities.

5. Establish and maintain strong internal controls and risk management processes to safeguard the organization's assets and mitigate financial risks.

6. Lead the finance team, providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to build a high-performing and collaborative team.

7. Collaborate with other senior leaders to align financial objectives with organizational goals and drive cross-functional initiatives.

8. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities, to support fundraising and compliance efforts.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting the organization's financial landscape, and adapt strategies accordingly.

10. Represent the organization in financial negotiations, contract discussions, and strategic partnerships to maximize value and minimize risk.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or CPA qualification preferred.

2. Proven experience (X years) in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the education sector or related industry.

3. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with a track record of driving financial performance improvement and business growth.

4. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

5. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

6. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.

7. Knowledge of financial management systems, regulatory compliance requirements, and best practices in financial governance.
