**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Liasion with Different Departments**
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules of Deliveries.
- Coordination with Different departments
- Coordinating the Operations team by managing the smooth flow of Deliveries and Dispatches

communicating relevant information.
- Liaison with Purchase Department For Deliveries

**Order Processing**
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or ,Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy timeliness and Authorization.
- Maintain sales documentation and CRM records.
- Assist in inventory management and sales reporting
- Ensure Sales receipts and billings should be sealed with signature

**Client Visits & Research**
- Accompanying sales Team for client visits and understanding the requirement Pattern of companies
- Preparation of proposals sales presentations
- Suggesting the customer tailored solutions.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree into Marketing or Equivalent Field
- A Minimum of **1 Year **of Hands on Experience as a sales Coordinator
- Knowledge with CRM and Microsoft suite is Mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular
- Owning a Two wheeler is a Plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
