**Job Description: Customer Sales Executive**

**Reporting**: Manager - Customer Support and Implementations

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in lead generation activities including but not limited to internal team members and other sources, and external portals, service providers etc.
- Track responses and queries from prospects, coordinate with team members and recommend based solution
- Provide clarifications on mails or in phone calls, respond with standard product presentations and/ or specific solution as required
- Coordinate Teams meetings internally within team related to prospect/ customer solutions covering features and functionalities as well as pricing
- Ensure completeness of the proposed solution and confirm it meets all requirements
- Proof-read the proposed solution document and relevant sales material, and make changes where required
- Submit final proposal to the client within expected timeframe
- Track and report weekly progress made on new lead
- Report status of all leads to office management
- Coordinate weekly sales calls
- Participate and contribute in demos to prospects and customers
- Timely reporting of status and/ or challenges faced

**Qualification**: Bachelors degree with minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role

**Other Skills**:

- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to learn product features, develop domain and commercial understanding
- Interest and enthusiasm to provide right solution to the customers
- Ability to negotiate
- Good presentation skills and liking for sales

**Location**: Pune office (need to travel to participate in key meetings outside Pune)

Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with qualification, experience and skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
