**Job Title**: Sale Co-Ordinator

**Location**: Vadagaon Maval, Pune (Not a field job)

**Qualifications**: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Telecommunication

**Experience**: 4 - 5 Years

**CTC**: 4 - 6 LPA

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sale and Co-Ordination and Support**: Providing support to the sale team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Coordinating activities between sale representatives, marketing teams and another department to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives ad campaigns.
- **Order Processing**: Managing the Sale Order process from initiation of enquiry to fulfilment which includes, compiling enquiries, sending quotation, keeping track of quotations for each enquiry, order processing, and coordinating with other departments like production, purchase, quality, shipping, and finance.
- **Customer Service**: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maintain positive relationships and repeat business.
- **Sales Reporting**: Managing leads generated through various channels, distributing them to sale representatives, and tracking their progress through the Sales Pipeline. Generating and analysing sales reports to track performance, identify trends and provide insights to the sales team and management.
- **Training and Onboarding**: Assisting in the training and onboarding of new sales team members, providing input based on market trends, customer feedback and historical data.
- **Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and partners to facilitate business growth and expansion opportunities.
- **Forecasting and Planning**: Assisting in Sales forecasting and planning activities by providing input based on market trends, customer feedback and historical data.
- **Payment Collection**: Create report of outstanding payments based on credit days. Follow up with customers for all payments. Report to finance on payment collection amount every week. Take action on overdue payments and block supply to customers with authorization from finance department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
