**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in processing sales orders, preparing quotes, and handling customer inquiries.

2. **Order Management**: Track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.

3. **Scheduling & Coordination**: Coordinate meetings, presentations, and events for the sales team, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly.

4. **Customer Communication**: Serve as the point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status and addressing any concerns or queries.

5. **Documentation**: Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and update customer databases.

6. **Sales Analytics**: Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and providing insights for improvement.

7. **Inventory Coordination**: Collaborate with the inventory and procurement teams to ensure product availability and resolve any stock issues.

8. **Support Administrative Tasks**: Help with preparing sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and invoices.

9. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (finance, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Any Graduate

**Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹312,000.00 per year
