**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including order processing, managing schedules, and preparing sales reports.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain and update customer records, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Coordination**: Liaise between the sales team, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and manage sales-related documents, including contracts, proposals, and presentations.
- **Event Support**: Coordinate and assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and promotional activities

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with CRM software.
- **Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
