Call Center Representative

- **Receiving Inbound Calls**: Answer incoming calls from customers to provide information, resolve issues, and address queries or complaints.
- **Maintaining Customer Records**: Accurately record details of interactions and update customer databases with relevant information.
- **Achieving Targets**: Meet call and sales quotas, and contribute to team performance goals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to enhance customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,161.18 per month
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
